2 PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING

  Personal data will be processed in compliance with the conditions of lawfulness ex art. 6 EU Reg. 2016/679 for the following purposes:
A) services of ELDODO S.r.l.: – navigation on this website – possible request for contact, customer care and for assistance on the services of ELDODO S.r.l. – possible data collection to join services of the Owner; – possible online purchases and related administrative-accounting activities.
For the purposes of applying the provisions on the protection of personal data, processing carried out for administrative-accounting purposes are those related to the performance of activities of an organizational, administrative, financial and accounting nature, regardless of the nature of the data processed.
In particular, pursuing these purposes are internal organizational activities, those functional for the fulfillment of contractual and pre-contractual obligations, information activities, shipments and possible returns; – filling in data collection forms inherent to the services of ELDODO S.r.l. and activities to activate a unique authentication or unique identification, with an access control system that allows a user to make a single valid authentication. B) for direct marketing activities, newsletters and promotions, satisfaction survey, social networks and applications.  

The data will be entered into the company CRM. ELDODO S.r.l., in order to compare and possibly improve the results of communications, uses systems to send newsletters and promotional communications with reports.
C) for profiling activities, to allow us to process your profile and analyze your consumption habits and choices and purchasing behavior (if made), in order to improve the commercial offer and services proposed and so that we can send you communications that may be of your interest. The processing of personal data may concern customer care activities, consisting in the offer of personalized services in sales and after-sales and courtesy services. These purposes are also pursued through the inclusion of the same in the company’s CRM. Data processing under purpose A) is based on the legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f): (Recital 47) taking into account the reasonable expectations of the data subject at the time and in the context of the collection of personal data, when the data subject could reasonably expect processing for this purpose to take place.
Data processing under purpose B) is based on consent ex. Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Data processing under purpose C) is based on consent ex. Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

3 RECIPIENTS OR CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS OF THE DATA
The data of a personal nature provided will be communicated to recipients, who will process the data in their capacity as data controllers (art. 28 of EU Reg. 2016/679) and/or as natural persons acting under
the authority of the Data Controller and the Data Processor (art. 29 of EU Reg. 2016/679), for the purposes listed above in point 3. and to third parties. Precisely, the data will be communicated to: companies contractually linked to ELDODO S.r.l. The data may be communicated to third parties belonging to the following categories: – to the sales/distribution network on the territory; – subjects that provide services for the management of the information system used by ELDODO S.r.l. and telecommunication networks (including e-mail, CRM Data Base and mailing list management, e-commerce platforms, APP providers, etc.); – third parties
for support of online purchases and related administrative-accounting activities, shipments and possible returns (e.g. banks, insurance forwarders);- firms or companies within the scope of assistance and consulting relationships; – competent authorities for fulfillment of legal obligations and/or provisions of public bodies, upon request. Subjects belonging to the above categories perform the function of Data Processor, or operate completely independently as separate Data Controllers. 4 DATA RETENTION PERIOD OR CRITERIA FOR DETERMINING THE PERIOD

The processing will be carried out in automated and manual form, with methods and tools designed to ensure maximum security and confidentiality, by persons specifically appointed for this purpose. In compliance with the provisions of Art. 5 paragraph 1 letter e) of EU Reg. 2016/679, the personal data collected will be stored in a form that allows the identification of data subjects for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which the personal data are processed. Retention of data of a personal nature provided depends on the purpose of processing: – per contact request (maximum 1 year);

– for registered/login restricted area (maximum 2 years);
– data collection for possible personnel selections (maximum 2 years);
– receiving newsletters or promotional communications in general by e-mail (maximum 24 months);
– online sales (10 years);

5 RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECT
You may assert your rights as expressed in EU Regulation 2016/679 by contacting the Data Controller, by sending an email to info@eldodomilano.com or by writing to the Data Controller’s office listed above. You have the right, at any time, to request from the Data Controller access to your personal data (art. 15), rectification (art. 16) or erasure (art. 17) of the same, or restriction of processing (art. 18) or to object to their processing based on legitimate interest (art. 21). Infinte, you have the right to data portability (art. 20).

6 NATURE OF THE CONFERMENT AND REFUSAL
The conferment of data for the purposes referred to in point A) is optional but necessary. Any refusal to provide the necessary data with respect to point A) will result in the inability to use the services of the Data Controller. Providing and consenting to the processing for the purposes of points B) and/or C) is optional. Any refusal of the consent(s) for the purposes illustrated in points B) and/or C) above, does not entail any negative consequences with regard to the purposes under point A). The
profiling and marketing activities are only possible and will be carried out only with the specific consent of the data subject, if he/she decides to consent to the profiling of his/her data by entering them into the CRM. The inclusion of data in the CRM is optional and will automatically result in the visibility of the same by those who have access to it, i.e. the data controllers and data processors, present at the points of sale in the world.  

7 CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY
The Owner reserves the right to change, update, add or remove portions of this
privacy policy at its discretion and at any time. The data subject is required to.  Check periodically for any changes. In order to facilitate such verification, the disclosure will contain.  An indication of the date the disclosure was updated.

8 LOGIN SOCIAL
